I wanna give a special shout out to Riad and Cliford who went out of their way to help me while I was sick. Staff like them make a hotel stay extra special! The shower pressure isnt the best but definitely ok. My biggest issue was the AC it turns off when you leave the room so when you get back from a hot day you need to wait for your room to cool down, also at night it seems to think youre not there so sometimes i wake up really hot and go near the AC button to turn it back on. overall The staff made my stay at the Holiday Inn worth it. Also i highly recommend the breakfast it was absolutely amazing.

The best thing in this hotel was the staff, everyone was very kind and carefulI for everything, very friendly and lovely especially with kids. Room was not as spacious as we expected but it was very clean, comfortable and with a nice view. We had the bed and breakfast option and breakfast was good, with different options and delicious. We didn't have the time to try the pool but it looked nice from our room. Overall it was a modern, spotles and great hotel to which we would definitely go again.

Erzine

First of all, we loved everything: the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff—everything was perfect. The breakfast was also amazing. The location is in the city center, very close to tourist attractions. In short, everything was wonderful. We were very satisfied and pleased with our stay. Especially Mr. Pual was very helpful in many ways; he is now my buddy from Dubai :) Our next choice will definitely be Holiday Inn, and we highly recommend it to everyone.

We arrived early, and the hotel gave us early check in for free, 4 hrs before check in time. All hotel staff were helpful and warm,especially Star. I also liked the variety of meals at breakfast. The ease of getting a taxi and free shuttle to Dubai mall was also great. Our room had burj Khalifa's view as per my booking. On my daughter's bday the staff sang for her and brought a surprise cake to the room.. The hotel was a home away from home

The reception staff Ms. Gehad was very welcoming and professional with high standards of customer service and communication skills, indeed she gave us the perfect first impression of the hotel staff and the level of hospitality the hotel is following. The room is quiet with all the necessary amenities. The elevator waiting time is barely 15 to 30 seconds approx. The location is perfect and very close to the downtown.
